Are you passionate about trading card games and giving customers a damn good experience? Pixelhaven Games & Collectibles is looking for a motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Team Member to join our crew.

Position Details
- Role: Part-Time Team Member
- Hours: ~20–25 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
- Pay: $13/hr starting, with an increase to $14/hr after a 3-month evaluation period
- The 3-month period is to make sure you’re a solid fit and can represent Pixelhaven well. If you show up, learn, and handle responsibility, you’re good.
Responsibilities
- Help customers find the right card games, decks, singles, and accessories
- Deliver excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues like a professional
- Maintain and organize inventory, shelves, and displays
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Assist with organizing and running tournaments and in-store events
- Stay up to date on TCG releases and trends
- Enforce store code of conduct and keep the shop clean and organized
- Handle shipping and fulfillment for online orders
Requirements
- Genuine passion for trading card games
- Willingness to learn new TCGs (even if they’re not your main game)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and good organizational habits
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable running tournaments and managing large groups of players
