Code of Conduct & Store Policy

At Pixelhaven, we believe gaming is for everyone. We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all members of the gaming community regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or ability.

We exist to nurture the communities that grow from the hobbies we love. Whether you’re here to shop, spectate, or compete, you are agreeing to uphold the standards of respect and integrity outlined below:

General Conduct Expectations

• Treat all guests, players, staff, and community members with kindness and courtesy. Disrespectful, harassing, or bullying behavior will not be tolerated.
• Refrain from using profanity, slurs, or offensive language while inside the store.
• Maintain an appropriate indoor volume. Excessive yelling, screaming, or loud sound effects are not permitted.
• Please clean up after yourself. Dispose of trash properly and leave shared spaces tidy for others.

Prohibited Items & Activities

• No consumption, possession, or sale of alcohol or illegal drugs on the premises.
• Smoking of any kind, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is not allowed inside. You must be at least 15 feet away from the front entrance to smoke or vape.
• Unlicensed firearms are strictly prohibited. Open-carry of licensed firearms is not allowed inside. No knives or illegal weapons are permitted on the premises.
• Pornographic or Explicit Materials: These are not allowed in the store at any time.

Pet Policy

• We have store pets! Treat them with care and respect. Do not feed, chase, pick up, or otherwise engage with them without permission.
• Well-behaved, fully vaccinated pets are welcome. Owners must accompany their pets at all times and are solely responsible for them. Always ask permission before approaching another guest’s pet or service animal.

Health & Wellness

• If you’re feeling ill or exhibiting symptoms of contagious illness, please stay home for the safety and comfort of others.

Enforcement

Violation of these policies may result in a verbal warning, removal from the premises, or banning from future events or store access, at the discretion of store management. Our goal is not punishment, but the preservation of a safe and supportive environment for all.
