At Pixelhaven Games & Collectibles, we take pride in the quality of our products and the trust our community places in us. Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand. Please review the following guidelines before making a purchase.
1. General Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns and refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in resellable condition with original packaging intact.
- Receipt Required: Proof of purchase (physical or digital receipt) is required for all returns or exchanges.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Trading Card Game Singles (e.g., Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!)
- Opened or Unopened Sealed Product (booster packs, boxes, structure decks, etc.)
- Clearance or Final Sale Items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
- We will offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or a full refund at our discretion.
4. Event Tickets & Tournament Entries
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event will be refunded.
- Refunds will be issued for missed events or same-day cancellations with a 10% fee
5. Online Orders
For online orders (via our official website):
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
6. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to process.
7. In-Store Credit & Gift Cards
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Store credit and gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
